摘要
本文通过分析刮板输送机储粮过程中出现物料残余和串仓混料的原因,研究了一种在多仓存储过程中可以降低物料残余及防止物料串仓混料的技术方案.通过该技术方案在物料筒仓中的应用,可有效降低残存和防止混料,确保储粮稳定.
Abstract
This article analyzes the reasons for material residue and cross bin mixing during the grain storage process of the scraper conveyor,and studies a technical solution to reduce material residue and prevent cross bin mixing in multi bin storage.The application of this technology scheme in material silos can effectively reduce residue and prevent mixing,ensuring stable grain storage.
