摘要

散粮出仓组合式输送设备利用输送机的输出动力,在工作时通过前侧输送辊将动力传递给装抛装置的旋转轮盘.旋转轮盘与抛粮斗连在一起,在旋转轮盘惯性的作用下将物料抛向循环运行的输送机的后端,再由输送机将颗粒物输送到出仓设备上进行出仓作业.这种设计减少了设备的搭接,起到了节约能耗和降低成本的作用.

Abstract

The bulk grain delivery bin combined conveying equipment uses the output power of the conveyor to transmit the power to the rotating wheel of the loading and throwing device through the front and side conveying rollers during work.The rotating wheel is connected with the grain throwing bucket,and under the action of the inertia of the rotating wheel,the material is thrown to the back end of the circulating conveyor,and then the particulate matter is transported by the conveyor to the discharging equipment for discharging the warehouse.This design reduces the overlap of equipment,saving energy and reducing costs.
