With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,food safety has become the focus of public concern.As a new technology,food safety risk traceability technology has been widely used in China's food industry.This paper discusses the important role,key technology,specific application and development trend of food safety risk traceability technology in food industry,in order to provide reference for the development of food safety risk traceability technology in China.
