快速检测技术的引入和应用,改变了传统食品检测方法的局限,使食品监管的工作效率和精度得到了显著提高.本文分析了快速检测技术在食品安全监管中的应用,以供参考.
Abstract
The introduction and application of rapid detection technology has changed the limitation of traditional food detection methods and improved the efficiency and precision of food supervision.This article analyses the application of rapid detection technology in food safety supervision for reference.
