摘要
食品微生物检测质量控制是食品走出加工生产单位必不可少的过程,也是食品安全生产管理的重要环节之一.要完善食品微生物质量控制,要从多个角度展开控制管理,多维度保障食品安全,形成多元化的控制管理模式,建立完善的监督管理体系.
Abstract
The quality control of food microbial detection is an indispensable process for food to get out of the processing and production unit,and it is also one of the important links of food safety production management.To improve food microbial quality control,it is necessary to carry out control and management from multiple angles,ensure food safety in multiple dimensions,form a diversified control and management model,and establish a sound supervision and management system.
