Study on the Influence of Different Grape Varieties on Wine Flavor and Quality
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of different grape varieties on wine quality and flavor.Through the analysis of physical and chemical indexes and sensory evaluation of three grape varieties of Sauvignon blanc,Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot,there are significant differences in the composition of different grape varieties.This study provides theoretical support for the sustainable development and quality improvement of the wine industry,and also provides a useful reference for consumers when choosing and tasting wine.In the future,through further research and technological innovation,it is expected to find more high-quality grape varieties,further enrich the flavor and quality of wine,and promote the sustainable development of the wine industry.
