摘要

为了给淮扬菜烹饪技艺的传承与创新提供课程辅助,我们采用了多元化的实践教学手段,包括"手把手"教学、实地考察、在线辅导和互动讨论等,让学员能够全面掌握淮扬菜的制作技艺.并以此建立了一套完善的评估与反馈机制,每个阶段都进行技能考核和文化素养评价,以监控和提升教学质量.通过采用实时的培养模式,提升学员的技艺水平.

Abstract

To provide course support for the inheritance and innovation of Huaiyang cuisine culinary skills,diverse practical teaching methods were adopted,including"hands-on"teaching,field visits,online tutoring,and interactive discussions,allowing trainees to comprehensively master the craft of Huaiyang cuisine.A complete evaluation and feedback mechanism was established,with skill assessments and cultural literacy evaluations conducted at each stage to monitor and enhance the quality of instruction.Through the real-time training model,trainees'skills were improved.
