Research on Talent Training Mode of Huaiyang Cuisine Famous Master Studio
To provide course support for the inheritance and innovation of Huaiyang cuisine culinary skills,diverse practical teaching methods were adopted,including"hands-on"teaching,field visits,online tutoring,and interactive discussions,allowing trainees to comprehensively master the craft of Huaiyang cuisine.A complete evaluation and feedback mechanism was established,with skill assessments and cultural literacy evaluations conducted at each stage to monitor and enhance the quality of instruction.Through the real-time training model,trainees'skills were improved.
