新中国成立以来,国家高度重视食品安全,食品安全历经卫生政策单一监管、法律体系监管、多部门分段式的食品安全监管和社会共治四个发展阶段.本文在大食物观背景下,提出了相应优化策略.
Review and Optimization of Food Safety Supervision in China under the Background of Big Food View
Since the founding of New China,the state have attached great importance to food safety,and food safety has gone through four stages of development:single supervision of health policy,supervision of the legal system,multi-sectoral food safety supervision,and social co-governance.Under the background of big food view,this paper puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.
