Practice and Application of the Combination of Food Craft and Aesthetics in Culinary Teaching
With the continuous development of the catering industry and the increasing appreciation of culinary aesthetics by consumers,how to effectively integrate food technology and aesthetics in culinary teaching has become an urgent issue to be addressed.Traditional culinary teaching often focuses too much on the cultivation of technical skills,neglecting the improvement of aesthetic literacy.Based on this,this paper analyzes the integration of food technology and aesthetics in culinary teaching,explores the corresponding teaching models and practical application strategies,with the aim of enhancing students'comprehensive abilities and promoting the innovative development of culinary art.
