The Key Link and Optimization Strategy of Quality Control in the Agricultural Product and Food Supply Chain
Agricultural products and food supply chain is a complex system,involving production,processing,transportation,sales and other key links.This paper analyzes the possible risk factors in the key links of quality control in the supply chain of agricultural products and food,including production links,processing links,logistics links and sales links.At the same time,corresponding optimization strategies for these risks are put forward,namely,such as strengthening production management,improving processing standards,optimizing logistics system,and innovating sales model,etc.By comprehensively improving the quality control of all links of the supply chain,CNKI can effectively guarantee the safety and quality stability of agricultural products and food,and then improve the overall operation efficiency of the supply chain.
