绿色烹饪理念不仅能培养学生的环境保护意识和职业修养,同时也有助于实现可持续性发展.本文研究了绿色烹饪理念在中职烹饪教学中的推广方法与实践策略,旨在通过教育和实践,使学生获得绿色烹饪的专业技能,从而为未来食品行业的持续发展作出贡献.
Abstract
The concept of green cooking can not only cultivate students'awareness of environmental protection and professional accomplishment,but also contribute to sustainable development.This paper studies the promotion methods and practical strategies of green cooking concept in secondary vocational cooking teaching,aiming at enabling students to acquire professional skills of green cooking through education and practice,so as to contribute to the sustainable development of the food industry in the future.
