摘要
面对我国农产品市场日益严重的食品安全问题,农产品检验检测实验室承担着十分重要的责任.本文主要研究了如何进行农产品检验检测实验室的质量管理.分析了当前我国农产品检验检测实验室质量管理存在的问题,包括设备老化、方法落后以及人员素质不高等问题.针对这些问题,为农产品检验检测实验室的质量管理提供了有效的理论指导和实践参考.
Abstract
In the face of the increasingly serious food safety problems in China's agricultural product market,agricultural product inspection and testing laboratories bear a very important responsibility.This paper mainly studies how to carry out the quality management of agricultural product inspection and testing laboratories.Firstly,the problems existing in the quality management of China's agricultural product inspection and testing laboratories were analyzed,including the problems of aging equipment,backward methods,and low quality of personnel.Then,a strategy to solve these problems is proposed.This study provides effective theoretical guidance and practical reference for the quality management of agricultural product inspection and testing laboratories.
