Research on Detection Techniques for Important Organic Hazardous Chemical Residues in Food Safety Testing
Food safety has always been one of the focuses of global concern,and the issue of residues of organic harmful chemical substances has attracted even more attention.In order to protect the health and safety of consumers,all countries have strengthened the detection and regulation of organic contaminants in food.In this paper,we study the detection techniques for important organic and hazardous chemical residues in food safety testing,discuss several commonly used detection techniques,their principles,advantages and disadvantages,and applications,and put forward a corresponding outlook on the future development of the technology.
