大米肽及其制品的抗衰老作用评价

本研究采用了基于pH值变化的大米蛋白分步酶解工艺制备得到的大米肽,对其抗衰老作用进行评价.包括大米肽体外的抗氧化(总还原力、对DPPH自由基清除能力)、保湿、抑制酪氨酸酶活性、抑制ACE活性、抑制α-淀粉酶活性等生物活性.并采用体内人群试验,通过口服 56 d大米肽制品,评价其对人体皮肤的保湿、美白、改善泛黄、提亮、抗皱的作用.实验结果表明饮用大米肽制品具有皮肤保湿、美白、改善泛黄和抗皱的功效.
Evaluation of Anti-Aging Effects of Rice Peptides and their Products
In this study,rice peptides prepared by step-by-step enzymatic hydrolysis of rice protein based on pH value change were used to evaluate their anti-aging effects.Including in vitro anti-oxidation(total reducing power,DPPH free radical scavenging ability),moisture,inhibition of tyrosinase activity,inhibition of ACE activity,inhibition of α-amylase activity and other biological activities.The effect of 56 d rice peptide on skin moisturizing,whitening,improving yellowing,brightening and anti-wrinkling was evaluated in vivo population test.The results showed that drinking rice peptide products had the effects of moisturizing,whitening,improving yellowing and anti-wrinkling.
