Evaluation of Anti-Aging Effects of Rice Peptides and their Products
In this study,rice peptides prepared by step-by-step enzymatic hydrolysis of rice protein based on pH value change were used to evaluate their anti-aging effects.Including in vitro anti-oxidation(total reducing power,DPPH free radical scavenging ability),moisture,inhibition of tyrosinase activity,inhibition of ACE activity,inhibition of α-amylase activity and other biological activities.The effect of 56 d rice peptide on skin moisturizing,whitening,improving yellowing,brightening and anti-wrinkling was evaluated in vivo population test.The results showed that drinking rice peptide products had the effects of moisturizing,whitening,improving yellowing and anti-wrinkling.
