Study on Preparation Technology of Dendrobium Officinale Flower Oolong Tea Complex Beverage
With the increasing demand for healthy drinks from consumers,composite drinks have received widespread attention due to their rich nutritional value and unique taste.Dendrobium officinale flowers and oolong tea,as traditional Chinese herbal medicines and tea leaves,have various health benefits.Modern research has shown that oolong tea has the effects of lowering blood lipids,antioxidation,reducing fat and weight loss,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial,refreshing,and diuretic.Based on this,this article mainly focuses on the unique efficacy and function of Dendrobium officinale flowers,and uses Dendrobium officinale flowers as raw materials to produce a composite beverage of Dendrobium officinale flowers and oolong tea through corresponding technical processes and steps.The aim is to explore the preparation process of Dendrobium officinale flowers and oolong tea composite drinks,and provide reference for the development of new health drinks.
