响应面法优化茶叶中水溶性氟提取方法

本文对茶叶中水溶性氟的提取方法进行了研究及优化.通过实验以及数据分析得出配料比为 0.2 g、pH为 5.35、提取时间为 16.5 min、提取温度为 90℃、静置时间为 15.0 min,水溶性氟得率为 397.38 mg·kg-1.此实验通过响应面数据分析方法提高了茶叶中水溶性氟的得率,为茶叶中水溶性氟的提取方法研究提供了数据基础及方法指导,具有一定的推广和使用价值.
Optimization of The Extraction of Water-Soluble Fluorine in Tea by Box-Behnken Response Surface Methodology
In this paper,the extraction method of water-soluble fluorine from tea was studied and optimized.According to the experiment and data analysis,the ratio of ingredients is 0.2 g,pH is 5.35,extraction time is 16.5 min,extraction temperature is 90℃,standing time is 15.0 min,and the yield of water-soluble fluorine is 397.38 mg·kg-1.This experiment improved the yield of water-soluble fluorine in tea by response surface data analysis method,and provided data basis and method guidance for the study of the extraction method of water-soluble fluorine in tea,which has certain popularization and application value.
