Analysis of Antioxidant Activity,Hepatoprotective Efficacy of Brassica Rapa L Extracts
Brassica rapa L is a vegetable commonly consumed by ethnic groups in Xinjiang.The active components in Brassica rapa L were extracted using ethanol and hot water,and their free radical scavenging abilities were determined,indicating that both had good free radical scavenging abilities.The Brassica rapa L extract was separated using macroporous resin to obtain three separate fractions.The effect of Brassica rapa L extracts on ethanol-induced HepG2 cell death was determined by CCK-8 assay,and it was found that Brassica rapa L extracts EE-3 and AE-3 showed more significant effects.This provides a theoretical basis for the development of Brassica rapa L as a functional food against alcoholic liver disease.
