摘要
本研究通过分析食品检测的重要性,指出了其在保障食品安全、维护消费者健康以及促进食品行业健康发展方面的关键作用.在对国内外食品检测技术的发展现状进行了深入探讨的基础上,分析了国内外在食品检测领域的研发进展、技术应用以及行业发展趋势.对传统食品检测技术在面对现代食品安全挑战时存在的局限性进行概述,并进一步探讨了食品检测技术的创新研究,展望了未来食品检测技术的发展趋势.
Abstract
By analyzing the importance of food testing,this study points out its key role in safeguarding food safety,maintaining consumer health and promoting the healthy development of the food industry.Based on an in-depth discussion of the current development of food testing technologies at home and abroad,it analyzes the R&D progress,technological applications,and industry trends in the field of food testing at home and abroad.The limitations of traditional food testing technology in the face of modern food safety challenges are outlined,and the innovative research of food testing technology is further explored,and looks forward to the development trend of food detection technology in the future.
