With the improvement of people's living standards and the enhancement of food safety awareness,cold chain logistics plays an increasingly prominent role in ensuring food quality and safety.This paper analyzes the risk factors of food quality and safety in cold chain logistics,including temperature control,physical damage,packaging material and equipment quality and personnel operation,etc.,and puts forward corresponding risk prevention and control measures,such as establishing a perfect cold chain logistics system,strengthening equipment maintenance and management,improving staff operation skills and food safety awareness,improving monitoring and traceability system.
