摘要
预制菜是将可食用原料经过加工制成半成品或成品,有即食、即热、即烹、即配多种类型,方便快捷.近年来,预制菜作为一种方便快捷的食品,符合快节奏下学生对日常食品的需求,是众多学生的就餐选择.然而,预制菜在走进校园餐桌的过程中问题频发,引起了社会各界的广泛关注[1].本文将从多方面分析预制菜进校园过程中产生的食品安全问题,并提出相应的对策和建议.
Abstract
pre-made dishes are edible raw materials processed into semi-finished or finished products,there are ready to eat,hot,cooked,ready with a variety of types,convenient and fast.In recent years,as a fast and convenient food,pre-made dishes meets the needs of students for daily food in the fast pace,and is the dining choice of many students.However,in the process of pre-made dishes entering the campus table,problems occur frequently,which has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.This paper will analyze the food safety problems generated in the process of pre-made dishes into the campus in many aspects,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
