随着消费者对食品安全问题的日益关注,餐饮单位必须加强对食品加工和采购环节的监管,以确保食品安全.本文从食品检查的角度出发,分析当前存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,以促进食品溯源体系的建设与发展.
Abstract
With the increasing concern of consumers on food safety issues,catering units must strengthen the supervision of food processing and procurement links to ensure food safety.This paper will analyze the existing problems from the perspective of food inspection,and put forward corresponding solutions to promote the construction and development of food traceability system.
