Exploration of Product Quality and Safety Control in Food Production Enterprises
With the rapid growth of the economy and the improvement of consumption levels,the public's attention to food quality and safety is increasing.However,frequent food safety incidents in China not only pose a huge threat to consumer health,but also damage the image and reputation of the food industry.This article first emphasizes the necessity of product quality and safety control in food production enterprises,then analyzes common problems in the production process of food products,and proposes targeted control strategies to strengthen product quality and safety control and ensure product safety.
