摘要

随着经济的快速增长和消费水平的提升,公众对食品质量安全的关注度也日益增高.但是,我国食品安全事件频发,不仅对消费者健康造成巨大威胁,而且会损害食品行业的形象和信誉.本文首先强调食品生产企业产品质量安全控制的必要性,对食品产品生产过程中的常见问题进行分析,并提出针对性管控策略,以加强产品质量安全控制,保障产品安全.

Abstract

With the rapid growth of the economy and the improvement of consumption levels,the public's attention to food quality and safety is increasing.However,frequent food safety incidents in China not only pose a huge threat to consumer health,but also damage the image and reputation of the food industry.This article first emphasizes the necessity of product quality and safety control in food production enterprises,then analyzes common problems in the production process of food products,and proposes targeted control strategies to strengthen product quality and safety control and ensure product safety.
