摘要
食品安全是民生安全的"稳定器"、经济发展的"动力源",同时也关系着和谐社会建设.为保障食品安全,我国食品安全监管工作持续推进.食品监督抽检是落实食品安全监管的主要手段,对提升食品安全监管效率意义重大.因此,文章基于食品监督抽检的基本概念,分析了食品安全监管中食品监督抽检的意义以及食品监督抽检中存在的问题,并提出了有关的解决策略,以促进食品监督抽检的高效应用,提升我国食品安全问题的监管水平.
Abstract
Food safety is the stabilizer of people's livelihood safety,the driving force of economic development,and also related to the construction of a harmonious society.To ensure food safety,China's food safety supervision work continues to advance.Food supervision and sampling are the main means of implementing food safety supervision,which is of great significance for improving the efficiency of food safety supervision.Therefore,based on the basic concept of food supervision and sampling,this article analyzes the significance of food supervision and sampling in food safety supervision,as well as the problems existing in food supervision and sampling,and proposes relevant solutions to promote the efficient application of food supervision and sampling,and improve the regulatory level of food safety issues in China.
