摘要

食品生产安全受原材料供应、生产设施与设备、生产技术、生产环境与员工等众多因素影响.基于此,我们提出了一套科学有效的食品生产安全监管机制,该机制强调在所有生产环节中建立严格的安全防护体系,并强调责任制的实施,着重提升企业主体责任,同时借助信息技术提升食品追溯系统的建设,以提升食品生产的透明度,便于投入更多的监管资源到高风险环节.

Abstract

Food production safety is influenced by multiple factors,including raw material supply,production facilities and equipment,production technology,production environment,and employees.Based on this,we propose a scientific and effective food production safety supervision mechanism,which emphasizes the establishment of a strict safety protection system in all production processes and the implementation of a responsibility system,with a focus on enhancing the main responsibility of enterprises,At the same time,utilizing information technology to enhance the construction of food traceability systems,in order to enhance the transparency of food production and facilitate the investment of more regulatory resources in high-risk areas.
