摘要
随着科技水平和经济的发展,人们对生活质量和食品安全的要求日益提高,食品安全已成为全球关注的主要话题.食品检验检测技术作为食品安全的核心工具,对于确保食品质量、防范食品卫生风险和促进食品产业可持续发展具有重要意义.然而在实际操作中,食品检测领域仍存在许多安全问题.本文旨在对食品检验检测主要技术进行梳理,并分析其存在的问题和面临的挑战,进而提出应对策略,以期为提高食品质量、保障公共健康安全和促进行业进步提供有益启示.
Abstract
With the development of science and technology and economy,people's requirements for quality of life and food safety are increasing day by day,and food safety has become a major topic of global concern.As the core tool of food safety,food inspection and testing technology is of great significance for ensuring food quality,preventing food hygiene risks and promoting sustainable development of food industry.However,in practice,there are still many safety problems in the field of food inspection.This paper aims to sort out the main technologies of food inspection and testing,analyze the existing problems and challenges,and then put forward countermeasures,in order to provide useful inspiration for improving food quality,ensuring public health and safety and promoting industry progress.
