The Main Technology of Food Inspection and Testing and the Existing Problems and Countermeasures
With the development of science and technology and economy,people's requirements for quality of life and food safety are increasing day by day,and food safety has become a major topic of global concern.As the core tool of food safety,food inspection and testing technology is of great significance for ensuring food quality,preventing food hygiene risks and promoting sustainable development of food industry.However,in practice,there are still many safety problems in the field of food inspection.This paper aims to sort out the main technologies of food inspection and testing,analyze the existing problems and challenges,and then put forward countermeasures,in order to provide useful inspiration for improving food quality,ensuring public health and safety and promoting industry progress.
