摘要
本研究利用抑菌圈法比较 3 种葱属植物粗提取液对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的抑制作用,测定韭菜粗提取液处理MRSA的最低抑菌浓度、生长曲线、扫描电镜分析及碱性磷酸酶活力.试验结果表明,韭菜粗提取液对MRSA有较强的抑菌效果,因此可用于天然抑菌剂的开发,具有一定的发展前景.
Abstract
This study uses the inhibition zone method to compare the inhibitory effects of crude extracts of three Allium plants on methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA),and determines the minimum inhibitory concentration,growth curve,and scan of MRSA treated with crude leek extracts.Electron microscopy analysis and alkaline phosphatase activity.The test results show that the crude leek extract has a strong antibacterial effect on MRSA,so it can be used in the development of natural antibacterial agents and has certain development prospects.
