果渣中纤维素、半纤维素和木质素方法数据对比及优化

本文的研究目的是对比NREL法和范氏法检测木材中半纤维素、纤维素和木质素的数据差异,并对NREL法进行优化.分别用两种方法对 6 种甘蔗渣样品中半纤维素、纤维素和木质素进行检测,分析两种方法的数据差异.研究结果显示NREL法与范氏法检测甘蔗渣中木质素含量差异不显著,范氏法检测果渣中半纤维素和纤维素的含量显著高于NREL法.从而得出结论,NREL法数据准确性高,范氏法成本低,在做大批量样品间比较时,可以选择范氏法.
Comparison and Optimization of Methods for Cellulose,Hemicellulose,and Lignin in Fruit Pomace
The purpose of this study is to compare the data difference between NREL method and Van soest method for detecting hemicellulose,cellulose and lignin in wood,and to optimize the NREL method.The hemicellulose,cellulose and lignin in 6 kinds of bagasse samples were detected by two methods,and the data differences between the two methods were analyzed.The results showed that there was no significant difference in lignin content between NREL method and Van soest method,but the content of hemicellulose and cellulose in bagasse residue was significantly higher than that of NREL method.It is concluded that the NREL method has high data accuracy and low cost,and Van soest method can be chosen when comparing large quantities of samples.
