摘要

本文对黄石市 2020-2022 年的 73 批次桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌进行检测并分析评价,铜绿假单胞菌检出率分别为 17.64%,21.43%、21.43%,总检出率约为 20.55%.33 家不同桶装水生产企业有 13 家桶装水中铜绿假单胞菌不合格,其中有两家重复检出铜绿假单胞菌.结果表明,生产企业桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的不合格率较高,生产企业应加强桶装饮用水生产过程的质量控制,市场监管部门需加强对生产企业桶装水的监管和抽查力度.

Abstract

In this paper,73 batches of barreled drinking water from 2020 to 2022 in Huangshi City were detected and evaluated.The detection rates of P.aeruginosa were 17.64%,21.43%and 21.43%,respectively,and the total detection rate was about 20.55%.Among 33 different bottled water production enterprises,13 barreled water was unqualified for pseudomonas aeruginosa,and two of them repeatedly detected pseudomonas aeruginosa.The results showed that the unqualified rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in barreled drinking water was high.The production enterprises should strengthen the quality control of the production process of barreled drinking water,and the market supervision department should strengthen the supervision and spot check of barreled drinking water in the production enterprises.
