基于高效液相色谱法的糖浆剂中多种甜味剂同时测定研究

本研究采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对糖浆剂中的多种甜味剂进行了同时测定,并对糖浆剂中安赛蜜、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜和纽甜测定方法进行了方法验证.测定结果表明:安赛蜜、糖精钠、阿斯巴甜和纽甜4种甜味剂在 0~100.0 μg·mL-1 范围内,R2 均大于 0.999;4 种甜味剂的检测限为 0.01~0.05 μg·mL-1,定量限为0.03~0.15 μg·mL-1;加标回收率在 95.6%~102.6%范围内.本方法能够快速对糖浆剂中多种甜味剂含量进行同时测定,方法准确可靠,且具有较高灵敏度.
Simultaneous Determination of Various Sweeteners in Syrup Preparations Based on High Performance Liquid Chromatography
In this study,multiple sweeteners in syrup preparations were determined simultaneously by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The method was also validated for the determination of acesulfame,sodium saccharin,aspartame and neotame in syrup preparations.The results showed that the R2 of the four sweeteners,acesulfame,sodium saccharin,aspartame and neotame,were greater than 0.999 in the range of 0~100.0 μg·mL-1;the detection limits of the four sweeteners were 0.01~0.05 μg·mL-1,and the limits of quantification(LOQ)were 0.03~0.15 μg·mL-1;and the recoveries of the four sweeteners spiked were in the range of 95.6%~02.6%.The method is capable of rapid and simultaneous determination of multiple sweeteners in syrup preparations with accurate and reliable method and high sensitivity.
