Evaluation of Uncertainty in Heavy metal Content in Crab Roe Based on Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry
In order to ensure the quality and safety of crab roe products,we studied and established a rapid detection method of heavy metal elements,using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and by optimizing the sample pretreatment and instrument analysis conditions,to achieve high sensitivity and good accuracy of multiple elements at the same time detection.Methods The recovery rate and detection limit meet the requirements of the standard,and the uncertainty evaluation ensures the accurate reliability of the measured values.
