摘要
QuEChERS(快速、容易、便捷、经济、富含安全性的)是一种用于食品检测的样品前处理方法,已在过去几年中得到了广泛应用和发展,特别适用于食品、环境和生物样品的处理.该方法的主要步骤包括样品的粉碎和混合,混合物的萃取、分离和净化,以及溶液的浓缩和分析.本文对QuEChERS前处理方法做了简单的介绍,并根据QuEChERS方法的特点,概述了该方法在食品检测方面中的具体应用.
Abstract
QuEChERS(fast,easy,convenient,economical,and safe)is a sample pretreatment method used for food testing,which has been widely applied and developed in the past few years.This technology is particularly suitable for the treatment of food,environmental,and biological samples.The main steps of this method include sample crushing and mixing,mixture extraction,separation and purification,as well as solution concentration and analysis.This article provides a brief introduction to the QuEChERS preprocessing method and outlines its specific applications in food detection based on its characteristics.
