通过对储粮仓房粮面隔热技术稻草帘压盖储粮技术的研究发现,粮面隔热技术能够很好地保存粮食,较好地保持一定温湿度的稳定环境条件,使用储粮仓房稻草帘压盖技术的稻谷表层及上层温湿度、水分、脂肪酸值指标等比无粮面隔热材料储粮仓房的稻谷变化幅度小、水分减量少、脂肪酸值升高幅度少.由此可见,储粮仓房粮面隔热技术能较好地保存好稻谷的品质,是一种很实用的控温科技储粮措施,能够降本增效,提高水稻的商品价值和社会经济效益.
Comparative Analysis of Thermal Insulation Technology for Grain Surface in Grain Storage Warehouses Through Actual Storage Tests
Through the research on grain surface insulation technology of grain storage warehouse and straw curtain capping grain storage technology,it is found that grain surface insulation technology can preserve grain well and maintain a stable environmental condition of certain temperature and humidity.The temperature and humidity,moisture and fatty acid values of rice surface and upper layer using straw curtain capping technology of grain storage warehouse can be analyzed.Compared with non-grain surface insulation material storage warehouse,the variation range of rice is smaller,the water loss is less,and the increase range of fatty acid value is less.It can be seen that the grain surface insulation technology of grain storage warehouse can better preserve the quality of rice,and is a very practical temperature control grain storage measure,which can reduce cost and increase efficiency,improve the commodity value of rice and social and economic benefits.
