陕西特色非遗美食文化对外传播策略

摘要
本文从文化和经济两个角度分析了陕西特色非物质文化遗产美食的对外传播价值;结合目前非物质文化遗产美食的发展特点,从传播内容、传播方式、传播渠道等方面分析了其在对外传播中的不足之处.针对陕西非物质文化遗产美食的传播现状,从美食故事打造、扩展媒介资源、开展跨界合作等方面提出了对外传播策略,旨在为陕西饮食文化对外传播推广提供参考思路.
Abstract
This article analyzes the external dissemination value of Shaanxi's characteristic intangible cultural heritage cuisine from cultural and economic perspectives;based on the current development characteristics of intangible cultural heritage cuisine,this paper analyzes its shortcomings in external dissemination from the aspects of dissemination content,dissemination methods,and dissemination channels.In response to the current situation of the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage food in Shaanxi,strategies for external dissemination have been proposed from the aspects of creating food stories,expanding media resources,and conducting cross-border cooperation,aiming to provide reference ideas for the external dissemination and promotion of intangible cultural heritage food culture in Shaanxi.
