摘要
基于"百千万工程"的背景,本文就现阶段汕尾如何提升海洋产业竞争力进行探讨.通过对水产预制菜产业全产业链标准化现状及高质量发展面临的挑战进行研究,寻找其突破路径,提出了集聚与培养预制菜人才、打造与推广预制菜品牌、融合与发展一二三产业等路径,聚力水产预制菜的深耕与发展,以期提升汕尾海洋产业竞争力.
Abstract
Based on the background of the"High quality Development Project for Hundred Counties,Thousand Towns,and Ten Thousand Villages",this paper focuses on how Shanwei can enhance its competitiveness in the ocean industry at present.By studying the current status of standardization throughout the entire industry chain and the challenges faced by high-quality development of prefabricated seafood dishes,and seeking breakthrough paths,it proposes to gather and cultivate prefabricated seafood dishes talents,build and promote aquatic prefabricated food brands and Integrating and developing the one two three industries to deepen the cultivation and development of prefabricated seafood dishes,in order to enhance the competitiveness of Shanwei's ocean industry.
