摘要
花椒是一种药食同源植物,含有挥发油、生物碱、酰胺类、多酚类和黄酮类等多种活性成分,具有抗氧化、降血糖、降血脂、抗肿瘤及调节肠道功能等保健功效.本文针对花椒活性成分及保健功效的研究进展进行综述,为进一步开发利用花椒提供理论支撑.
Abstract
Zanthoxylum bungeanum is a kind of medicinal and edible plant.It contain essential oil,alkaloids,amides,polyphenols,flavonoids and other active ingredients.It has the functions of anti-oxidation,hypoglycemic,decreasing blood lipids,antitumor activity,regulating intestinal function and so on.This paper summarizes the research progress of the active ingredients and health benefits of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,in order to provide theoretical support for further development and utilization of Zanthoxylum bungeanum.
