摘要
近年来,随着信息技术的快速发展和互联网的普及,人们的生活进入数字化时代.越来越多的消费者通过外卖平台、餐厅点餐软件等数字化渠道进行消费,加之无人餐厅、智能厨房等新兴餐饮业态的涌现,使得传统餐饮面临着严峻的挑战和危机,企业转型的需求迫在眉睫.本研究结合餐饮现状,通过梳理分析当前餐饮行业存在的问题,从中探讨有效的应对策略,从而促进企业更好地实现数字化转型.
Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the popularity of the Internet,people's lives have entered the digital age.More and more customers spend money through digital management channels such as take-away platforms and restaurant apps.Coupled with the emergence of new catering formats,such as unmanned restaurants and smart kitchens,the application of these new technologies makes traditional catering face severe challenges and crises,and the need for enterprise transformation is imminent.By combing with the current catering situation and analyzing the problems existing in the current catering industry,this study discusses effective coping strategies,so as to promote enterprises to better realize digital transformation.
