Research Progress on the Detection Technology of Dimethomorph in Edible Agricultural Products
Dimethomorph is one of the commonly used fungicides in China,which has a significant effect on fungi in edible agricultural products.The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of the various techniques used for detecting dimethomorph in edible agricultural products,such as liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and colloidal gold immunoassay.This information can serve as a guide for those involved in dimethomorph detection and the creation of novel detection methods.
