Research on Protection&Inheritance and Innovative Development Path of Jiaozuo's Dietetic Intangible Cultural Heritage
As a symbol of the development of social civilization,dietary intangible cultural heritage plays an important role in spreading the national diet culture and improving the cultural identity of ethnic groups.Jiaozuo is rich in dietary intangible cultural heritage,and has made some achievements,but there are also many weaknesses,this has restricted the high-quality development of Jiaozuo's tourism industry.This article analyzes the 4 shortcomings in the protection and inheritance of Jiaozuo's dietary intangible heritage through on-site research,and puts forward improving the top-level design and accelerate the reform of the protection and inheritance system for dietary intangible cultural heritage;enable by digital technology,improve the construction of dietary intangible cultural heritage database;innovate development paths,and promote the full integration of dietary intangible cultural heritage and cultural tourism;increase publicity and promotion efforts to enhance the brands influence of dietary intangible cultural heritage;activate the utilization new path and promote the creative transformation of dietary intangible cultural heritage.
