Design of Bucket-Packaged Instant Noodles Seasoning Packet Missing Automatic Detection and Repairing System Based on Visual Recognition
This study proposes an automatic detection method and automatic bag-supplementing system to address the issue of missing seasoning packets during the distribution process for bucket-packaged instant noodles.By utilizing image acquisition and processing technology,images of the noodle buckets are automatically captured on the production line,and a localization algorithm is used to determine the inspection area.Image enhancement and color channel processing are employed to highlight the characteristics of the packets,ultimately achieving accurate classification and identification of missing packets through binarization segmentation or pixel gradient detection.The automatic bag-supplementing system,in conjunction with the information from the detection mechanism,completes the replenishment of missing packets in the noodle buckets.The detection and supplementing of packets can be automated.This method effectively reduces labor costs,improves detection efficiency and stability,and provides reliable technical support for quality control in the production of bucket-packaged instant noodles.
