随着人口老龄化趋势的加剧,骨质疏松问题日益凸显,防治骨质疏松已成为公共卫生领域的重要议题.保健食品作为辅助防治骨质疏松的一种手段,近年来备受关注.为有效防治中老年群体骨质疏松问题,应积极探索骨质疏松症患者的营养需求及可防治骨质疏松症的营养元素,开发对防治骨质疏松症确有实效的保健食品.基于此,本文重点综述防治骨质疏松保健食品的作用机制、种类等,并提出防治骨质疏松的有效策略,旨在为骨质疏松防治工作提供新的思路和方法.
The Nutritional Requirements and Prevention Points of Osteoporosis Health Food
With the trend of population aging,the problem of osteoporosis is increasingly prominent,and the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis has become an important issue in the field of public health.Health food,as a means of auxiliary osteoporosis prevention and treatment,has attracted much attention in recent years.In order to effectively prevent and treat osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly groups,we should actively explore the nutritional needs of osteoporosis patients,and develop health food that is effective in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Based on this,this paper focuses on the mechanism and types of the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis health food,and puts forward effective strategies for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
