摘要

加强餐饮行业的食品安全监管,保障人们吃得放心,一直是食品安全监管工作的难点.本文阐述了餐饮行业食品安全监管现状,分析了我国餐饮行业食品安全监管存在的问题,并针对现存问题提出了健全食品安全监督机制、增强食品安全监管能力、完善食品安全监管方式的措施,以期有效提升食品安全监管效果.

Abstract

Strengthening food safety supervision in the catering industry and ensuring that people can eat with peace of mind has always been a difficult task in food safety supervision.This article elaborates on the current situation of food safety supervision in the catering industry,analyzes the problems existing in food safety supervision in China's catering industry,and proposes measures to improve the food safety supervision mechanism,enhance food safety supervision capabilities,and improve food safety supervision methods in order to effectively enhance the effectiveness of food safety supervision.
