Determination of 11 Kinds of Synthetic Colorants in Mixed Fruit and Vegetable Juice by Ultra High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of 11 kinds of synthetic colorants in mixed fruit and vegetable juice by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.Method:5%methanol solution was used to extract the samples, and the samples were treated by weak anion exchange solid phase extraction and purification, and dried with N2 and redissolved in water. The target compounds were qualitatively identified by electrospray ionization, negative mode and multiple reaction monitoring, combined with retention time and characteristic ions, and quantified by external standard method.Result:The 11 synthetic colorants had good linearity in the concentration range of 0.02~1.00 μg·mL-1,and the correlation coefficient(r)was greater than 0.999.The limit of detection was 0.05 mg·kg-1,the average recovery was 85.1%~103.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.1%~8.8%.Conclusion:The method has low matrix interference, low detection limit, high precision and stable sample extract, and is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of 11 synthetic colorants in mixed fruit and vegetable juice.
