Analysis of Guizhou Province Liquor Supervision and Sampling Inspection Results from 2020 to 2023
Objective:Analyze the food safety situation of alcoholic beverages in Guizhou province in recent years,timely identify quality and safety hazards of alcoholic beverages,enrich existing risk indicators,and provide scientific basis for risk assessment of alcoholic beverages.Method:Summarize the sampling data of alcoholic beverages in Guizhou province from 2020 to 2023 and analyze its overall situation.Result:A total of 1 076 batches of Baijiu were sampled from 2020 to 2023,among which 17 batches of unqualified samples were detected,with an overall qualification rate of 98.42%.According to the classification of food categories,the number of sampling samples of Baijiu,Baijiu(liquid)and Baijiu(raw liquor)accounted for 87.36%of the total liquor,and the qualification rate was 98.40%.Conclusion:The quality indicators,food additives,organic pollutants,and heavy metals of alcoholic products in Guizhou province are generally substandard,and relevant measures should be taken to deal with and improve them.
