Evaluation of Uncertain in the Detection of Eurotium cristatum in Fuzhuan Tea
In this paper,according to JJF 1059.1-2012,a mathematical model for the detection of Eurotium cristatum in Fuzhuan tea was established,and the uncertainty evaluation was carried out.The results showed that the detection result of Eurotium cristatum in the samples of Fuzhuan tea was 1.9×105～24.7×105 CFU·g-1.When the confidence interval is 95%and the inclusion factor k=1.833 1,the extended uncertainty is 0.551 4.The quality of the medium had a greater impact on the test results,followed by repeatability,inoculation volume and serial dilution,and the least impact on sample preparation and sample weighing.This study can provide technical support for the detection of Eurotium cristatum in inspection institutions and laboratories of tea enterprises.
