GC-MS/MS法快速测定茶叶中6种农药残留

目的:建立QuEChERS结合GC-MS/MS法快速测定茶叶中 6 种农药残留的分析方法.方法:茶叶用水浸泡30 min,加入QuEChERS提取盐包,用乙腈作为提取试剂,QuEChERS净化管进行净化,用GC-MS/MS进行分析.结果:6 种农药在质量浓度 10~500 μg·L-1 具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r2)均大于 0.99,检出限为0.76~1.22 μg·kg-1,定量限为2.52~4.06 μg·kg-1,平均回收率为67.1%~93.2%,相对标准偏差为0.5%~5.8%.结论:该方法操作简单、准确、灵敏,对茶叶中 6 种农药的快速检测有实际应用价值.
Rapid Determination of 6 Pesticide Residues in Tea by GC-MS/MS
Objective:To establish QuEChERS combined with GC-MS/MS method for the rapid determination of 6 pesticide residues in tea.Method:The tea was soaked in water for 30 min,then QuEChERS was added to extract the salt packet,acetonitrile was used as extraction reagent,QuEChERS purification tube was used for purification,and GC-MS/MS was used for analysis.Result:The correlation coefficient(r2)was greater than 0.99,the limits of detection were 0.76~1.22 μg·kg-1,and the limits of quantification were 2.52~4.06 μg·kg-1,the average recovery were between 67.1%and 93.2%with relative standard deviations of 0.5%~5.8%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive,and has practical application value for the rapid detection of 6 kinds of pesticides in tea.
