2021-2023年四川省食用农产品监督抽检情况分析

目的:分析四川省食用农产品质量安全现状,发现风险点,为后续食品安全监管提供科学依据并提出建设性的意见.方法:汇总四川省市场监督管理局官网发布的 2021-2023 年关于食品安全监督抽检情况的通告中食用农产品的信息,从抽检整体情况、不合格类别、不合格项目方面进行分析.结果:2021-2023 年共抽检食用农产品 20 084 批次,合格率为 96.92%,涉及 7 个食品亚类,其中生干坚果与籽类食品不合格率最高,水产品不合格率次之.检出的不合格问题中兽药残留超标问题最为突出,农药残留超标问题次之.结论:四川省食用农产品的总体质量安全水平较为稳定,对于风险较高的品类和农药兽药残留超标问题需重点关注,建议从源头进行管控,优化供应链,加强宣传教育,强化法律责任.
Analysis on Supervision and Sampling Inspection of Edible Agricultural Products in Sichuan Province from 2021 to 2023
Objective:To analyze the quality and safety status of edible agricultural products in Sichuan province,find out the risk points,and provide scientific basis for subsequent food safety supervision and put forward constructive suggestions.Method:The information of edible agricultural products in the notice of food safety supervision and inspection issued by the official website of Sichuan Market Supervision Administration from 2021 to 2023 was summarized,and the overall situation of sampling inspection,unqualified categories and unqualified items were analyzed.Result:A total of 20 084 batches of edible agricultural products were sampled from 2021 to 2023,with a pass rate of 96.92%.The samples covered 7 subcategories,Among them,dried nuts and seeds had the highest unqualified rate,followed by aquatic products.The most prominent issues detected in unqualified samples were excessive veterinary drugs residues,followed by pesticide residues.Conclusion:The overall quality and safety level of edible agricultural products in Sichuan province is relatively stable.However,special attention should be given to high-risk categories and issues related to excessive residues of pesticide and veterinary drugs.It is recommended to focus on source control,optimize the supply chain,strengthen publicity and education,and enhance legal responsibilities for further improvement.
