Evaluation of University Catering Service Quality from the Perspective of Satisfaction
The socialization of college catering service not only reduce the management burden of colleges and universities,but also provides high-quality catering service for teachers and students,which is an important issue of concern for scholars and various sectors of society.Based on the current situation,the quality of college catering service was evaluated and studied from the perspective of student satisfaction,and the gap between supply and demand of college catering service was analyzed.The results indicate that factors such as food price,dining environment,students'feedback and staff service level were important factors affecting the quality of college catering service.Therefore,measures such as strengthening food price management,enhancing student feedback,enhancing employee service awareness,and introducing competitive mechanisms can effectively improve the quality of university catering services.
