Abstract
The design and management of nutritious meals in catering enterprises is a complex and important task aimed at providing a delicious and nutritious eating experience to meet the health needs of consumers.This article will discuss the design and management of nutritious meals in catering enterprises from the aspects of design philosophy,raw material procurement,dish pairing,cooking methods,and dietary nutrition distribution.
