摘要
近年来,随着人工智能(AI)技术的快速发展,其在各个领域的应用已逐渐成为研究的热点.学校食堂食品安全管理作为保障师生健康的重要环节,急需借助AI技术提升其管理效率和准确性.本研究旨在通过AI技术在学校食堂食品安全管理中的应用研究,探索一种提升学校食堂食品安全管理水平的新方法.通过对学校食堂食品安全进行实地调研和数据分析,了解学校食堂食品安全管理的现状和存在的问题.分析AI技术在学校食堂食品安全管理中的应用研究成果和特点.
Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid development and wide application of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its application in various fields has gradually become a research hotspot.As an important link to ensure the health of teachers and students,food safety management in school canteens is in urgent need of AI technology to improve its management efficiency and accuracy.This study aims to explore a new method to improve the level of food safety management in school canteens through the application of AI technology in school canteens food safety management.Through field investigation and data analysis of food safety in school canteens,the present situation and existing problems of food safety management in school canteens are understood.The application research results and characteristics of AI technology in food safety management of school canteens are analyzed.
