Application of Infrared Spectroscopy in Food Detection
In recent years,infrared spectroscopy technology has been widely used in the field of food science as an efficient,non-destructive,and non-invasive analytical method.This technology is to deeply understand the molecular structure and chemical composition of substances by measuring their absorption,reflection,or transmission characteristics under various wavelengths of infrared light.In terms of food testing,infrared spectroscopy technology provides strong technical support for quality control,safety assessment,and authenticity identification.The purpose of this study is to gain a deeper understanding of the multiple uses of infrared spectroscopy technology in the field of food detection,and to explore its key role in ensuring the safety and quality of food.
